A big Stephen King movie came out last weekend, but I don’t do clowns so I went to see The Dark Tower instead.
Watching The Craft through a set of (somewhat) mature, feminist lens gives me a whooooole new appreciation.
Those of you looking for “more” than red bathing suits and pro wrestling, just stop right now.
The soundtrack was released on Spotify and my optimism died faster than the fall of a Disney villain.
With all the big noise this year about Justice League, Thor, Guardians, Apes, and others, Baby Driver got lost somewhere in the shuffle. Don’t be a fool and miss this movie.

I’m always a fan of secondary characters who get their moments and King Arthur just ODs on this like there’s no tomorrow.
Welp, this movie happened. For a movie based on a sandbox franchise that is built around adventure, exploration, and the free world, it sure doesn't feel that way.
I got much more Yondu, somewhat more Nebula, a full scene of dancing Groot, less Pratt, and most importantly- I GOT ME SOME KURT RUSSELL. (Bonus: Tommy Flanagan shows up doing a Jack Sparrow impression!)
